3D scanning for high cutting accuracy
The latest techniques in 3D scanning ensure a very high cutting accuracy. Several scans of the carcasses are converted to a precise movement of both robot and tool. This movement is 100% synchronized with the transport of the carcasses.
TwinTool technology
TwinTool technology is revolutionary in the field of slaughter process robotization. It is based on proven processing performance of the F-line technology, combined with a superior sterilization of the tool after each cycle. In the TwinTool concept, each machine has a double-acting tool. When one tool is in operation, the second tool is being sterilized. For optimum hygiene, all components that come into contact with the carcasses are produced according to the latest standards in surface treatment based on nanotechnology.
- Combination of 3D carcass scans, industrial robots and TwinTools sets the new standard in slaughter line robotization
- Innovative TwinTool technology
Pre-cutter and belly opener (MPB)
Our M-Line Pre-cutter and Belly opener (MPB) divides the pelvic bone, separates the ham, opens the belly and cuts the breastbone in one single operation.
Bung remover (MBR)
The M-Line Bung Remover performs the bung removal operation and places the bung in the white organ package area or the bung channel.
Splitting saw (MSS)
The M-Line Splitting Saw robot divides the carcass into equal halves in one operation.
Neck cutter (MNC)
The M-Line Neck cutter robot makes a cut to loosen the head with a cut just below the atlas bone.
Leaf lard remover (MLR)
The M-Line Leaf Lard Remover pulls the left and right sides of the leaf lard off the carcass.
