Marel is pleased to announce that Trond Davidsen and Grant Rosewarne will address attendees at the 17th Salmon ShowHow in Copenhagen, 7 February 2018.
Trond Davidsen is President of ISFA, the International Salmon Farmers Association, and will share some of his insights into current trends and challenges of salmon farming, as well as his expectations of the future of the industry.
Grant Rosewarne, CEO and Managing Director of New Zealand King Salmon, will present the uniqueness of the New Zealand salmon industry compared to the global salmon market.
Salmon processors from around the world come together at the Salmon ShowHow each year to discuss the latest processing innovations and industry trends, and to experience some of the key technological advances for themselves.
The program invites salmon processors to engage all their senses in a full exploration of salmon processing equipment and software, with ongoing demonstrations throughout the day for attendees to experience Marel’s industry-leading equipment at close range.
