This notification states the End of Full Service (EOFS) for the following Marel Product:
- Linear Robot (RoboBatcher 2nd Generation)
The EOFS date, after which the above product will only be supported on a best-effort basis, will be 01/02/2018.
From this date, support will be limited, there will be longer response times, availability of spare parts will be reduced or limited, and retrofit or upgrade kits might be necessary. Software maintenance, including new functionality or improvements, is limited to a best-effort basis, both for applications and embedded software.
With the EOFS, we strongly advise an upgrade to the following replacement product:
- RoboBatcher Flex
Please contact your local Marel representative for further information on our replacement products as well as information about how Marel can assist and guide you through the EOL process with minimal inconvenience.
This notice serves as a formal communication of Marels decision to end the life of the product noted.
