The grinder is equipped with an interlocked safety cover above the grinding head, is available with bone elimination system, and can be equipped with a single or double knife set. Apart from the connection of utilities, there is no external cabling.

The inside of the machine is protected against water intrusion by a specially made ventilation system which keeps the electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic parts dry and clean. This means less unplanned downtime, and enhanced output.
