Database check

The database is kept in an optimal state based on database size and growth, data availability, and hardware setup with regular database checks and maintenance.

Server check

Collect and analyze disk utilization and space, memory usage. Event logs are reviewed and handled based on severity.

Network check

Check if network performance is optimal and correct any minor bottlenecks or errors.

Software upgrade evaluation

Inform about new features and functionality review. Key benefits of upgrading the software to the latest version.

Training evaluation

Evaluate the current skill level of personnel running and using the system (IT, production, and management) and suggest training or other actions.

Onsite system report

After each onsite check, the customer receives a visit report containing the inspection results with possible recommendations for further actions.
