PUPIL (Precision Unified Processing with Intelligent Learning) employs advanced deep-learning AI to monitor VC-i's performance. It provides real-time insights into the efficiency of vent cutting, ensuring that cloacas are positioned correctly. The system generates performance reports and alerts operators if productivity dips below a set threshold, allowing for immediate corrective actions.
Automated settings
Users can enter specific recipes via the HMI touchscreen, allowing the machine to automatically adjust height, drilling depth, backplate positioning and product positioning. Thanks to these digital machine settings, manual adjustments based on guesswork are a thing of the past. Eliminating human errors in this way, consistent, high-quality results across shifts and flocks are ensured.

The vent cutter's mechanical construction is completely revised for optimum performance, yield and hygiene. The VC-i features 20 newly developed units with an open design, offering reduced contamination risk and enhanced cleanability. Its smart product detection system saves water usage by identifying empty shackles and adjusting operations accordingly. The unique StepClean feature simplifies maintenance and cleaning.
The machine's no-touch concept, the vacuum cleaning system, and the automatic drill cleaning after each operation prioritize hygiene, contributing significantly to overall product quality.
